- Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price or weight of your order.

- We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order!

- Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, although special care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.

- Parcels are oversized and well protected to ensure safe delivery!

You can easily track your order online with a link sent to you as soon as your parcel is handed over, whatever delivery method you chose.

When you order, we will show you the carriers available for your chosen delivery country.

Your parcel will first be handled by La Poste (French post), then passed on to your country's postal service for delivery to your door.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and give you a new delivery date.

If you are still not in on the new delivery date, your parcel will be available at the nearest post office.
